Hello!

I'm Kim Swille, owner of Kim's Kennel. I've been a animal lover my entire life. My father gave me a puppy the week I came home from the hospital. I have had animals ever since then. I have always had dogs, cats the occasional horses, and a variety of other pets. (Ferrets, rabbits, the occasional fawn, raccoon, squirrel.) I have raised different breeds of dogs, shown them in dog shows, trained my own and dogs for other people.

My husband Kevin and my son's Jay and Mike have put up with a lot since I've had my kennel. They hate having to scoop poop but hey, it's all part of the process. We have 5 dogs, 1 cat of our own, and when the kennel is not full we still have plenty of animals to share our love with. I also work part time at a local veterinary clinic, so when I'm not home Kevin and/or the boys help take care of the animals.

I've worked at different places over the years, but my true passion has "gone to the dogs". I was involved with the Menominee Animal Shelter for many years, and have worked at different kennels and vet clinics in the area.
